An Encyclopedia for the modern age

Everipedia is a for-profit, wiki-based online encyclopedia founded in December 2014. The site was launched in 2015 as a fork of Wikipedia. The site’s name is a portmanteau of the words “everything” and “encyclopedia.” The website is owned by Everipedia, Inc. The company is headquartered in Westwood, Los Angeles, California. As of December 2017, Everipedia is the biggest English-language encyclopedia, according to The Next Web, and has over six million articles, according to The Block. The site allows for a significantly larger range of articles than in the English Wikipedia because its inclusion criteria for notability are lower.
